Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/user/public_html/domain/wp-content/plugins/sem-google-analytics/sem-google-analytics-admin.php on line 20

定睛一看，是sem-google-analytics插件的问题，是个应用google analytics统计的插件。这个插件看来在2.8面前过时了。。。

解决办法步骤：
1. 因为进不了后台，只能ftp找到插件目录，强行删除。这样就可以进后台管理了。
2. 然后寻找新的google analytics插件，Google Analytics for WordPress 已经支持WordPress 2.8，下载这个插件，安装，然后填写
